PARISH ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Next Sunday will be the 20th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year A. We thank everyone who served during this week. Next Sunday's Mass ministries will be as follows:
* First Mass: 6:30 a.m. – C.J.P.D. Fourth Mass: 11:30 a.m.– St. Anna
* Second Mass: 8:00 a.m. – Senior Youth Fifth Mass: 5:30 p.m.
* Third Mass: 9:30 a.m. – OLF Men
2. Saints' Days this week:
* Monday, 10/08/2026: Feast of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr.
* Tuesday, 11/08/2026: Memorial of St. Clare, Virgin.
* Friday, 14/08/2026: Memorial of St. Maximilian Kolbe, Priest and Martyr.
* Saturday, 15/08/2026: Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
3. CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GROTTO
Thursday, 13/08/2026, will be the day for the contribution towards the construction of the Grotto. The Rosary will be at 12:30 p.m. led by the Charismatic Group. The contribution will take place immediately after the Rosary and that day during the crusade. Please, take an envelope and give according to your generous ability.
4. WEEK OF GRACE CRUSADE. It begins today, 09/08/2026, and will conclude on 16/08/2026. Teachings will be conducted daily beginning at 9:00 a.m., while the Crusade gathering will start at 3:00 p.m. There will be no Jumuiya meetings during the Crusade.
5. YOUTH SEMINAR On 13/08/2026, there will be a seminar for young people aged 13 years and above, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. All young people are welcome. **TOPIC: **Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Church.
6. CHILDREN'S SEMINAR On 14/08/2026, there will be a seminar for children aged 6 to 12 years, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Parents are requested to assist their children to attend.**TOPIC: **Children are a gift to their parents.
7. HEALTH SERVICES. Next Sunday, 16/08/2026, Greenworld/Green Health International will provide health services using nutritional supplements for conditions such as back pain, stomach ulcers, infertility in women and men, asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, dizziness, persistent fatigue and others. All are welcome to benefit from this service.
8. LAUDATO SI COMMITTEE. The Laudato Si Committee informs us that dust bins have been placed in various areas of the Church. Everyone is kindly requested to dispose of waste only in the dust bins in order to maintain a clean environment. Let us avoid littering.
9. SCHEDULE FOR CATECHETICAL INSTRUCTION
i. Baptism and First Holy Communion for Adults: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ii. Confirmation Classes: Every Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m. in St. Agnes Hall.
iii. First Holy Communion Classes: Every Sunday after the 8:00 a.m. Mass at OLOFA School.
